My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. They were accommodating with my late check-in around 1 am and even helped store my luggage at no extra cost. However, there were some issues with the room that affected my overall experience, like the vibrating due to HVAC units and inconsistent water temperature. Additionally, I was surprised by an additional $75 charge for snacks left in the room, and there was a persistent bad smell present.

Rooms
7.0
Despite the issues, the room was decent and provided a place to rest. However, the vibrating from the HVAC units was a bit annoying, and the water temperature fluctuations were inconvenient.
Service
5.0
The service put out the least effort possible during my stay. While the location was convenient for walking to downtown attractions, there was a lack of attention to detail. They informed me that there was no breakfast available and didn't refill the coffee cups in the room, and the overall service felt lacking.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was very walkable and convenient for exploring Denver's downtown area, including nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. However, the area felt dingy at night initially, and parking was confusing. Despite these drawbacks, being close to transportation hubs made getting around easy.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were limited to room service during the week, but I did enjoy a tasty French toast dish from Randolph's. The unique décor in the restrooms added a quirky touch to the experience.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered various facilities, although not all were exceptional. The lackluster service impacted the overall experience, and the dining choices were limited to room service during the week.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and had balconies which are great for summer, but cleanliness was an issue as the pillows seemed worn out. On the bright side, I appreciated the snacks left in the room, though there was room for improvement in housekeeping.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had balconies, perfect for enjoying summer without relying heavily on air conditioning, but cleanliness could have been better, especially with old and worn-out pillows.

The staff did their best with what the hotel provided, though there were some previous issues that needed management attention. I did enjoy a nice suite that offered good value for money.

The dining experience, especially with room service, had a cozy, home-cooked feel with fresh seasonal berries and fruit. The crepes were a highlight but limited availability was a downside.

The hotel's location is its strong suit, allowing for easy exploration of downtown and access to various attractions. However, the room experience was marred by noise from waste collection and cleanliness issues, despite a neatly made bed.

The hotel rooms are decorated in PlayBoy art, clean, and welcoming with an awesomely comfortable bed, but they overlook the garbage and what looked like oil drums; decent but not worth the price.

Rooms
7.0
I enjoyed staying in the PlayBoy art decorated room; it was clean, welcoming, and had an extremely comfortable bed. However, the view overlooked garbage and oil drums, which was a downside.
Service
6.0
The service overall was good, with recommended valet parking, but there were some struggles with managing duties and a lack of a general manager or working manager. Additionally, a valet parking charge was added to our room.
Location
7.0
The location was what it is, decent but not exceptional. I was about 5 minutes away from the 16th street mall, which was convenient for access to everything. However, it's noted that there were issues with valet parking and the bathroom facilities.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was lacking, with cold and extremely overpriced food. The menu was a bit minimalist, and coffee cups were missing. However, they offered local organic products as an alternative.
Facilities

The facilities were adequate, but there were some areas for improvement, especially concerning the dining and view from the rooms. The hotel's amenities were satisfactory but could be enhanced for a better experience.
