Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. They were accommodating with my late check-in around 1 am and even helped store my luggage at no extra cost. However, there were some issues with the room that affected my overall experience, like the vibrating due to HVAC units and inconsistent water temperature. Additionally, I was surprised by an additional $75 charge for snacks left in the room, and there was a persistent bad smell present.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and had balconies which are great for summer, but cleanliness was an issue as the pillows seemed worn out. On the bright side, I appreciated the snacks left in the room, though there was room for improvement in housekeeping.
The hotel exudes a hint of history and elegance in spacious rooms that were reserved for our group trip. While the room took $363 unexpectedly from my account, the overall experience was enjoyable for both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel room was not as clean as expected, with stains and bad smells, but the refund process for the room issues was handled well. Unexpected charges for the stay caused confusion and inconvenience, affecting the overall experience negatively.
The hotel's location is its strong suit, allowing for easy exploration of downtown and access to various attractions. However, the room experience was marred by noise from waste collection and cleanliness issues, despite a neatly made bed.
The hotel had issues with the rooms but resolved the refund smoothly, while the location was convenient though close to a concerning area. The service was pleasant but lacked higher management presence.
The hotel rooms are decorated in PlayBoy art, clean, and welcoming with an awesomely comfortable bed, but they overlook the garbage and what looked like oil drums; decent but not worth the price.
